1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns and exchanges for unopened snacks within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Expired Products: If you receive a product that is past its best-before date, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1.  Contact Us: Send an email to support@sulinghaitao.cc with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
  2. Await Instructions: We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed. Do not send your items back without prior authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the return is processed.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Opened or used snacks (due to hygiene and safety concerns)
  • Products past the 14-day return window
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage
